Why do I have multiple voicemail greetings?

Each extension comes with 2 voicemail greetings and 1 Name announcement greeting.  You must record a greeting for both as well as state your name for the Name Announcement greeting.

The differences are below:

1. Unavailable Greeting – This is the greeting that is played to callers when your phone rings and you do not pick up.  After several rings, this greeting will be played.
2. Busy Greeting – This is the greeting that is played to callers when you are on the phone.  If a caller calls you while you are already on the phone, the phone will automatically play the busy greeting.
3. Name Announcement – The name announcement is played to internal callers only.  When another extension calls you internally and you do not pick up or is busy on another line, the your name that you recorded will be played.
